KHC - Annual Membership Fees for 25/26.
The annual membership fees for this season 25/26 are now due for payment & have been requested via W’app groups & opened up in the Pitchero shop.

If you can pay via the bank direct link (preferable) it will mean we do not pay any transaction fees if you were to buy through the p’hero shop.

We would be grateful if all members could pay promptly either in full or make a first payment by 12th September, please.

At the August committee meeting it was agreed to increase this season’s annual fees by £10 for all NWHL players to cover the increase in individual membership fees introduced this season by England Hockey.

The changes in the player fee structure as introduced by England Hockey this year are explained in the following link –

Briefly this provides for all registered players to undertake free online training courses for coaching, umpiring, safeguarding & player welfare and club leadership. It also provides for a number of other initiatives by EH to promote & grow hockey as a sport within England as well as including insurance cover for all players registered in GMS (Game Management System). I will issue more information about this aspect in another communication.

If you use the link, you will be able to access these courses & the KHC Committee strongly recommend all players to take advantage of these & use them.

Adult & Junior NWH League players, Walking Hockey & Social Members.
NB – all KHC NWHL players will be required to register using the EH GMS (Game Management System) prior to playing any league game. If you are not already registered, please use the following link to do so,

To pay your annual membership fees either –
Use the bank direct link sent out in the w’app notice within your player grouping (preferable). I will then update P’hero to show your membership has been paid, or

Open your P'hero app,
- then open the shop via the shopping trolley (bottom right of screen)
- then open the Membership tab & select appropriate membership.

This will give you all the memberships available this season and for those who play in the NW Leagues there are 2 options to choose from in each category -

Option 1 - pay full membership in 1 payment by 12th September at the latest. Total due £132.
Option 2 - pay full membership over 3 months with the first payment being made before 12th September. Monthly amount for 3 months is £44/month.
Option 3 – pay concession membership in 1 payment by 12th September. Total £63.
Option 4 – pay a concession membership over 3 months with the first payment being made before 12th September. Monthly amount for 3 months is £21/month.

Monthly 100+ club ticket
As a general reminder all memberships include a monthly 100+ Club ticket to be entered in the monthly draw commencing in October 2025 for 12 months from September 2025.

NW League players –
all who will be playing regularly through the season in the NW Leagues please pay as follows-
If you are over 21 in full time employment please pay full fees.
If you are over 21 and still in full time education or receiving benefit’s please pay Adult Concession fees.
Between 18-21 if you are in education, an apprenticeship, low wage earning or receiving benefits then pay the concession membership.
If you are aged between 13 & 18 i.e a junior then please pay the Junior league players membership.

Concession memberships are available at the discretion of the KHC Treasurer to adult players who consider they will not be available to play in more than approx. 1/3 of the total league games i.e. 6 games.

Please note if anyone is unable to pay any of these fees in full or over the alternative 3 month period & would like to pay over a longer period then please contact KHC Treasurer to discuss options available.

Non-League players -
If you do not intend to play League hockey but want to come training or play in friendlies then please pay one of the adult concession or 18-21 concession memberships.
Mini & Junior memberships
Are for ages from 5 to 18 who do not play NW League hockey.
NB Mini & Junior (non NWHL players) annual fees are still under review and we will confirm these early September prior to the commencement of weekly training sessions for these groups.

Walking Hockey memberships £30.

For those who participate in the Walking Hockey sessions, to be paid in full.

Social memberships £30

Are available to people who wish to be a member of KHC and who wish to make a contribution towards the annual costs of running the club & who do not participate in any of the organised activity.

If anyone has any difficulties or concerns about being able to pay for the fees as set out above please make contact with me directly & I will try to resolve with you or even offer alternative options if I can.
Our aim is to ensure we do not stop people playing hockey over financial issues.
